Additional Debit Card Information


If fraud is suspected on your debit card our Elan FraudWatch Plus services may contact you.  If unable to reach you they will leave a voice message on the phone number you have on file with TCNB.

You will be unable to use your card until suspicious activity has been resolved.

This is the standardized message that will be left:

Hello, this is (fraud advisor name) with Fraud Prevention Services calling on behalf of  Town-Country National Bank and this message is for (cardholder’s name).  We need to discuss and important matter with you regarding activity on your card ending in (last 4 digits of card number).  Please call us immediately at 866-842-5208 to prevent difficulties using your card.  We are open 24 hours a day; 7 days a week and any representative can assist you. Again, our toll free number is 866-842-5208.  Thank you and have a great day.
